The following rules & regulations are for the benefit, safety and enjoyment of all who visit Leboya Bay resort:

• Non-compliance with the rules below will result in immediate dismissal from the resort.
• Day visitors must leave before gate closing.
• Your allocated stand number must be adhered to.
• No excessive noise will be tolerated in the resort especially after 20h00.
• Entrance fees indicated are according to summer and winter opening times according to season.
• No refunds are given after arrival for any reasons whatsoever.
• Right of admission is reserved and we can refuse entrance at our own discretion.
• No cheques or cash are accepted as payment, only EFT and card.
• Quad bikes and motorbikes are not allowed to drive along or around the waterfront area.
• Quad bikes and motorbikes are to be used in the designated areas and tracks provided.
• Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash and under supervision of the owners.
• Fishing and boating are to be conducted in the separate designated areas.
• No fishing and boating together.
• Life vests are to be worn on all boats by all passengers at all times.
• The water police are very active in our area so please be aware of this.
• No excessive consumption of alcohol will be allowed.
• No person shall hold a function in the resort without  written permission from management.
• No person may damage any facility, structure, tree or other item in the resort.
• Playground equipment is for the use of children under the age of 10 years only and the equipment is used at the individual’s own risk.
• Trespassers and vandalists will be prosecuted.
• The resort will not be held responsible for any accidents which may arise from the use of its facilities.
• All visitors to this resort do so at their own risk. The owners accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, death or any other damage due to fire, theft or any other reason.
• Midweek discount applies Monday to Thursday except long weekends, public holidays & any school holidays.
